Finley FFA is proud to announce the remarkable accomplishments of its members at the 94th Washington State FFA Convention, held at Washington State University in Pullman, WA, from May 9-12, 2024. The dedication, hard work, and passion exhibited by these individuals have earned commendation and recognition at the state level.

Shyann Kriewald demonstrated creativity and talent by securing 8th place overall in the FFA scrapbook competition. Her meticulous attention to detail and artistic flair have captured the essence of Finley FFA's journey throughout the year, preserving cherished memories for generations to come.

Kyia Miles, Taylor Russell, and Soren Miles showcased their expertise and teamwork by achieving 4th place overall in the F.A.R.M. (Food, Agriculture, and Resource Management) team competition. Their commitment to agricultural excellence and collaborative spirit have exemplified the core values of the FFA organization. Their work with the elementary school in educating the fourth graders on the topic of “Soil to Ice Cream” helped showcase their dedication to the agricultural realm. 

Soren Miles exemplified leadership and dedication by serving as the Finley FFA Chapter delegate at the state convention. His exemplary representation of the chapter has been instrumental in fostering unity and camaraderie among members.

Furthermore, Ava Teagle, Alexzandria Kellogg, Makaia Gorman, and Shyann Kriewald represented the Finley FFA Chapter with distinction in the Veterinary Science & Technology Career Development Event (CDE). Their outstanding performance in this competitive event reflects their passion for veterinary science and commitment to academic excellence.

Anna Cooper and StevieLynn Russell, two exemplary members of Finley FFA, have been honored as FFA American Degree candidates at the state convention. This prestigious recognition is a testament to their dedication, leadership, and commitment to agricultural education. Anna and StevieLynn have demonstrated outstanding proficiency in both classroom learning and practical application of agricultural skills, embodying the highest standards of the FFA organization. Their achievements serve as inspirations to their peers and exemplify the transformative impact of FFA involvement on the lives of young agriculturalists.
