Preschoolers enjoyed a beautiful spring day with River View High School students in Mrs. Ward’s Childcare Basics class on Thursday, April 17, as part of their annual spring learning lab.
Each preschooler was paired with a high school “buddy” who led them through an hour of fun spring activities, including seeing and petting live rabbits, a rotating series of activities and crafts, and an egg hunt outside.
The littles had a blast practicing their counting, colors, and fine motor skills with their high school buddies, while the older kids got to apply their childcare and early learning skills. A big thank you to all the kids and families who participated to make this fun and valuable opportunity possible!
